I feel honoured and privileged to announce the launch of official website of Moradabad division. This compliments our continued effort towards improved customer interface and quality of service. Our mission area encompasses improved passenger amenities,  safe
	train operation and improved quality of service while maintaining profitability. This website is just another step towards serving our customers better by providing them with the latest information they can use.

We have tried to compile and present information from the viewpoint of various classes of customers/users viz. Passengers, Tourists, Loaders, Contractors and Railway employees. We also welcome your valuable suggestions/feedback regarding our services. I also want to share a few words with the dedicated workforce of Moradabad division that seeing things from CUSTOMER’S ANGLE can go a long way in improving our division and Indian Railways and is, therefore, very vital.
 

We should try to inculcate seeing every problem from customer’s angle to make Indian Railways as a customer driven/focused organisation.On this occasion I also convey my best wishes and warmest greetings to the entire Railway fraternity of my division.In the end I would like to reiterate that we are committed to serve our customers better.
