Moradabad Division has a route cover of more than 1400 Kms and provides crucial connectivity between Delhi and the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. It also connects the northern states of Punjab, Haryana and J & K with Uttar Pradesh and the states beyond.

The Division is committed to leave no stone unturned to provide and punctual and safe services to passengers which numbers more than 9 Crore per year. We look forward to suggestions from our customers to improve the services through this website.

Our Website is an effort towards improving customer interface and quality of service. Our mission is to improve passenger amenities, increase safety of train operation and enhance quality of service while maintaining profitability.

This website is a step towards serving our customers better by providing them with the latest information they can use.  

We have tried to compile and present information from the viewpoint of various classes of customers viz. Passengers, Tourists, Loaders, Contractors and Railway employees. We will welcome your valuable suggestions / feedback regarding our services.  

I also want to share a few words with the dedicated workforce of Moradabad Division. Seeing things from the customer's viewpoint can go a long way in improving our Division and Indian Railways and is, therefore, vital. We must approach every problem keeping the customre's needs in mind to make Indian Railways a customer oriented organization.
